All designs are created by a nurse with real-life medical experience, focusing on comfort, dignity, and practical everyday solutions.
We use soft, breathable, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabrics, suitable for sensitive or irritated skin.

All Positwear items are handmade to order, created especially for you.
For this reason, we do not accept standard returns.
However, your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, or if you experience any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly work with you to find a caring solution.
Custom-made and personalized items are non-refundable.
